Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook your fries according to package instructions until crispy, or roast homemade fries for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Transfer the hot fries to a bowl.
  • Drizzle with truffle oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the fries while they are still hot.
  • Add chopped fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If fries turn soggy, reheat in an air fryer for 3-4 minutes for crispiness. For kid-friendly versions, substitute truffle oil with mild cheddar. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer, not the microwave.
