Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and sliced jalapeños until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.

Assembly

  • Place a hot dog or cocktail sausage on the wide end of each triangle and add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Roll the dough around the hot dog, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
  • Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray with cooking spray for a crispier crust.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

You can assemble the rolls a day in advance and refrigerate them. Leftovers keep well in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, use an air fryer at 350°F for 4-6 minutes or oven at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
