Preparation

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, ensuring it doesn't brown.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being cautious not to burn it.
  • Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing for 20-30 seconds to bloom the spices.
  • Add the lemon juice and mix well. Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
  • Serve hot over pasta, seafood, chicken, or vegetables. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Cool and refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days; reheat slowly. Not ideal for freezing but can be stored in small portions. Adjust spiciness to taste.
